SELLING

How do I consign my items?
Please go to the HOW TO SELL page and fill out the form. We will respond promptly.

What designer brands do you consign?
Please go to DESIGNERS and you will see what we usually accept. Also, if we do not have the designer brand that you are looking for on the list, please feel free to email us at sales@laurensfabfinds.com.

What price will my item go for when I consign with Lauren's Fab Finds?
Every item is different. With over fifteen years experience in online retail, Lauren's Fab Finds knows exactly how to market your item to get the maximum sale price. You can be confident that we will get you the highest amount possible for your item.

When I consign, when will my item be up for sale?
Items are placed for sale online between two to three weeks from the date they are received.

Can I consign my replica items to you?
We cannot accept anything that is a replica item or not authentic.

Where are you located?
Our offices and warehouse are located in Ambler, PA.

How do you know it's Authentic?
Each item that is placed for sale at Lauren's Fab Finds must first pass our Authenticity Inspection. We have in-house authenticity experts that review and analyze each item in this step-by-step process.

Are you a Real Business?
We know that there are many websites out there that sell designer clothing, handbags shoes and jewelry. It can be hard to sort through the mass. Lauren's Fab Finds is a Pennsylvania State Limited Liability Corporation.

Do I need to clean my items before sending?
Yes, you should do your best to clean your items as best as possible before sending your items to Lauren's Fab Finds. Please be sure to remove any items from interior and exterior pockets where applicable.

How long will you try to sell my consigned items?
The normal consignment period is 120 days. For items not sold within the 120-day period, sellers have two options:
• Donate the items to a charitable organization of Lauren's Fab Finds choosing.
• Request via email, within 7 days, to have your items returned to you at your expense.

Will my items be marked down after a period of time?
All merchandise is subject to regularly schedule markdown periods occurring at 30 day intervals from the initial date of consignment or at any time per the discretion of Lauren's Fab Finds.

When will I receive payment for my items that have sold?
Payments for items sold are mailed via a bank check by the 10th of each month following sale of an item. For example, an item sold in January will be paid on by the 10th of February. Buyers have approximately two weeks before they are required to pay, so items that appear to sell one month, may not be considered completed until the following month.

How can I see my items?
When your items are listed, an email is sent to you which includes your own secure personal code and simple directions on how to follow your listings.

How can I see what has sold?
Once an item sells, it is no longer searchable under your client code. Our Bookkeeping Department will then reach out to you monthly to share what has sold. These itemized invoices will have the description, price the item sold for, and the percentage you receive from the sale.

What if an item is returned, will I be charged for that?
No, clients are never charged for returns. We allow buyers to return if an item does not work for them. The item will then simply be re-listed.

How do I refer a friend?
We are appreciative of all our happy customers for referring Lauren's Fab Finds to their friends and family. To show our thanks we are happy to send you $25 for each referral. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. Clients are paid once the new client receives their first sales check.

How do I contact Lauren's Fab Finds?

BUYING

How does Free Shipping work?
Economy Shipping is FREE! It is serviced by USPS. We offer free Economy Shipping on all items (unless the items are large or heavy). Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. If you require quicker delivery or for international orders, please contact us via phone or email.

Can I ship to a different address?
If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, please simply change the address of your PayPal account.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship outside the U.S. Prices start at $27 per box. Contact us for details.

Can I return an item?
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eligible item(s) within 14 days from the date that your order was shipped. We do not accept returns on international orders. Please be sure that you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days following the receipt of your return shipment. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you decide to return your order for any reason, other than our mistake, the shipping charges incurred by Lauren's Fab Finds will be deducted from your refund amount.

How can I return an item?
To return an item that you have purchased, please refer to the following simple steps:

• Complete the return form included in your shipment. Please be sure to indicate the items that are being returned as well as the reason for your return.

• Pack your items appropriately to ensure no damage during the return shipping process. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including the return form, authenticity cards and dust bags. Any items returned to Lauren's Fab Finds that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund,

• Ship the return package using the shipping label that we will email you. All item(s) must be returned (post marked) within 14 days of the original ship date.
